A Taste of ESSENCE Fest 2018
Here's a taste of the fun I had this year at ESSENCE Fest 2018! The hype is real! There's no wonder why ESSENCE is a staple of the summer. The music, performances, fashions & flare are all there. New Orleans is the perfect backdrop for this epic celebration of music.
I went as a freelance writer and ended up getting two pieces published on the website during the festival. I did it last year, so I felt that it was only write to contribute again when I was given the opportunity. I hope that in the upcoming years, I get more hands-on with my involvement in this festival, it's been one of the greatest experiences in media that I've had so far. You already know I'll be live in effect for ESSENCE Fest 2019!
