In celebration of it's 10th anniversary, Airbnb is rolling out a brand new suite of upgrades and amenities. (Travelers, rejoice!)

Airbnb has launched Airbnb Plus, a higher-end version of the existing rental service.

Listings that qualify for Airbnb Plus have to pass a 100-point inspection that checks for a minimum standard of quality that keeps comfort, design and efficiency in mind.

Plus level homes will include mindful decor, equipped kitchens and bathrooms, and premium customer support, which guarantees that you at least won't be running out of toilet paper during your stay.

Even with the new perks, the average price for Airbnb Plus listings will be less than $250 a night, according to CEO Brian Chesky. Target customers are those who usually prefer hotels but don't want to trade in luxury for affordable room and board.

If castles, multi-million dollar condos, and beachside villas are more your style, 'Beyond by Airbnb' is a new service for the upper-echelon who seek luxury home options and curated experiences. It's the spawn of Airbnb's acquisition of Luxury Retreats in 2017.

The company is making sure there is something for everyone with a wider range of venue options. β€œWe have a lot more than shared rooms, private rooms and entire homes,” said Chesky, the company's CEO, as he addressed an audience of eager onlookers.

Users now have the option to book four distinct property types: vacation home, bed & breakfast, boutique hotels and "unique spaces" that cover the unorthodox spots like house boats, treehouses, and warehouses.

Airbnb is also launching a Super Guest loyalty program to honor its frequent users and highly-rated guests. The "superguest" status will earn users benefits like discounts, flight upgrades, and even airport pickup.

β€œIt’s your passport to a new travel lifestyle,” said Chesky.

In 2016, AirBnB's addition of "Experiences" and "Trips" made a major shift from a regular booking into a complete travel curation service. Now, users can take the stress out of planning and select from a wide variety of activities in over 200 cities around the world.

With this new set of features, many are anxious to see if the ever-growing service will become as reliable as it is convenient. From the looks of it, it's off to a great start.

Looks like I'll have to try it out and see for myself πŸ˜‰
